Intellectual property – author and brand rights

All the contents of belong exclusively to Sherperex SL. This includes the ownership of the copyrights for all the content, including, graphic design, logo, texts, images, photography and articles. Photographs are of artists that have transmitted the rights of commercial exploitation by Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, communication or transformation, constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights. This is punishable. For commercial distribution of data or images, written authorization is to be requested from Sherperex. 

Registration at

In order to place purchase you can either make a purchase without having to register and simply giving limited information, or you can make a purchase by registering yourself via our website by choosing a username (e-mail) and a password. The usage of this information is explained in the privacy section below. 
Sherperex maintains the right to block, temporarily or permanently, if customer does not apply the terms of use.

Purchasing Process at

  1. Select the items you wish to purchase. Add these to the trolley (purchase basket).
  2. The trolley will contain the following information: image, product description, size, price, and quantity. The price includes the cost of transport expenses, but does not include expenses for returns or custom duties. Custom duties, if applicable to your country, will have to be paid upon receipt.
  3. When purchase order has been filled a summery record will be presented. The summary record will contain: order information, delivery address, and total cost. When this is revised, order is to be confirmed.
  4. Purchase once confirmed needs to be paid via credit or debit card - Paypal. 
  5. Once purchase is completed an email message will follow. This will contain order summary and personal data. If you do not receive this email this could be due to 2 problems: a temporary problem or a mistake in giving e-mail address. In both cases get in contact with the customer service department.

Purchases can be made 24 hours – 7 days a week. Processing of orders will occur during labor days.

Prices in the are mentioned in Euros. There are limited-time offers that will be announced on our website, social media pages, or in our newsletters.  Please get in contact with customer service if you require more information. 

Returns and Exchanges
At you have a total of 15 days after delivery of product to exchange or return a purchase. For a return or exchange the purchased items must meet the following conditions:

  1. Items cannot have been worn or utilized.
  2. Items must contain the original label
  3. Items must be placed in the original shoebox. It must be returned in the same state as received.

What can I return?

Through the online store, it will only be possible to exchange products and issue returns for products purchased at Product bought at a store can not be returned or exchanged at

Products bought at can be exchanged for another size or model, or they can be returned. Products on sale or with a discount cannot be returned.

Exchange of size or model. 

At you have a total of 15 days after delivery of product to exchange a purchase. Please send an email to customer service department with the following information: purchase reference, style and size of the article being returned, and the new size or model. Once the returned pair has arrived at our office we will ship out the correct size. If the correct size is not available you will be notified via email, after which the re-imbursement process will start.

At you have a total of 15 days after delivery of product to return a purchase.  Please send email to customer service department with the following information: name of client, address of client, purchase reference, reason for return, observation. Once we have received the product in our office, you will be notified via email and then we will start with the re-imbursement, which will occur within a maximum of 7 days.  Reimbursement will occur in the same manner as the client made initial payment.

When the reimbursement is made customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the shoes and tax. Sending costs will not be reimbursed.

All shoes bought in come with a 2 year guarantee on manufacturing defects. 
Items offered on the website are selected from the Regarde Le Ciel collection and have the same high quality standards that Regarde Le Ciel offers on all its products. The articles are all individualized by the following information: model reference number, product size, product description, size availability, and price. 
A large effort has been made to show the color of the items as close as possible to the real color. However due to factor such as computer screen colors can possibly have slight variations. 

Data Privacy

The data supplied when registering as a user, has as main purpose to process a customers order and to allow future orders to occur in an easier and faster way. Information will be used to let you know by mail about new products, special offers or any relevant information. Sherperex SL, guarantees that the data will not be shared with third parties or other companies. 
Customers are able to edit such information at any time. If you wish to cancel such information at a later date you should contact customer service. 


All matters that may arise in connections to interpretation, process or breach of terms, we refer and submit to the Spanish Jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona. These conditions shall be governed, in any case, by the Spanish legislation.
