You can return or exchange your items purchased online by return sending. The return period is 15 days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to return a purchase please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org by sending the following information : name, purchase order reference, item code and size. In case of an exchange you must also specify the new model, colour and size.
The items must be unworn and in their original condition (tags attached, shoe boxes, and shoe filling paper).
The return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

We offer a direct exchange for a different size, colour or model for any in-stock item.
If there is a price difference, you will receive an email on how to proceed to pay the difference or how the difference will be refunded.
Exchanges are not available for items purchased in-store.
Once your return package has been received you will receive an email.
A refund is issued within 7 working days from when the return package has been received.
The refund is issued in the same way as the initial order was placed. We cannot change the method of refund.
Unfortunately all outlet models are final sale and cannot be returned.
You can return an order that was paid for with a gift card, however the refunded amount will go back to the original gift card.
If you received a damaged product, please send an image to email@example.com. Our team will assess and replace the product with a new product.
Unfortunately this is not possible. Each order must be returned separately.
You can return your items purchased online at our Showroom in Barcelona. Returns at our showroom are free and the return period is 15 days.

The responsibility of a return or exchange package package is that of the customer until the package has been received by Regarde Le Ciel.
